ABOUT MULBERRY OAKS

The Way We Farm

On a small farm outside of Ripon, WI, Mulberry Oaks uses regenerative agricultural practices such as rotational grazing to produce Dexter Grass-fed and Grass-finished beef as well as pastured pork.

Rotational grazing is not only healthy for the cattle, but it is healthy for the land as well, building it year after year, which in turn produces nutrient rich pastures for our cattle to continue to enjoy.

Our Dexter Beef

Dexter are a smaller breed of cattle known for quality meat. Their smaller size is well suited for small acreages like ours, and they thrive on grasses.

Dexter cuts, including steaks,  are smaller in size, but the flavor is hard to beat.  Steak sizes are more aligned with dietary guidelines for recommended serving size.

All of our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished on pastures and hay free from pesticides.

Our Pastured Pork

We raise heritage breed pigs that are given space and pasture to roam and root. In addition to their pasture forage, they are fed non-gmo grain. The result is pork with much more flavor than conventional commercial raised pork.

Who We Are

The Waite family of Ripon, Wisconsin are owners and stewards of Mulberry Oaks.  We are proud to be able to provide quality grass-fed and pastured products to our customers in Wisconsin.

Mulberry Oaks was started in 2018 as a way for our family to have more control over where our food came from and the quality of that food.

Whether that be farm fresh eggs with rich orange/yellow yolks from our pastured hens, our tasty pastured pork, or our grass-fed and grass-finished beef, our family is happy to be expanding to be able to share the abundance with neighboring Wisconsin communities.
