Deposit to Secure 1/2 Grass-fed & Grass-Finished Dexter Beef

This deposit secures/reserves  1/2 of Dexter Beef. Next processing date is available by contacting us at mulberryoaks@gmail.com. Price for 1/2 Beef is $5.19/lb hanging weight + processing fees which vary depending on how you would like your cuts. We can provide the cut sheet from our processor, Roskom Meats. The processing fees go directly to the processor. Dexter beef are generally between 450-600lbs hanging weight total (2 sides/whole), but can be more or less or anywhere in between that range. Weight of packaged beef at pickup will partially depend on the cuts you choose (bone-in/boneless, etc.), but is generally about 60% of hanging weight. Final payment is due prior to pickup at processor. Meat will not be able to be picked up until paid in full. Deposit amount of $515 includes credit card fees. Cash or check price is $500 for deposit.
