The Porterhouse Steak is a thick cut of beef that includes two of the most prized portions of the cow: the tenderloin and the strip loin. It is distinguished by a T-shaped bone running through the middle, with one side of the bone containing a larger portion of the tenderloin (also known as the filet mignon) and the other side containing a larger portion of the strip loin (also known as the New York strip). This results in a steak that offers a combination of tenderness from the tenderloin and rich flavor from the strip loin, making it a favorite among steak fans.
Each package contains two (2) Porterhouse Steaks.
